Daily maintenance work:
1. In order to prevent the broken wire rope or chain from breaking other wire ropes or chain, it is necessary to handle the broken wire rope or chain;

3. The wire rope or chain of the crane in the clean room workshop cannot be overloaded to prevent extrusion deformation and avoid severe impact and vibration.
4. For the wire rope or chain of the crane in the clean room workshop, there are individual wire ropes or chains that do not twist. If they are not fixed properly, the torsion will be out of balance, and there will be a bird cage phenomenon when it is close to the anchoring end, so it should be cut off in time, otherwise it will affect the whole The service life of a wire rope or chain.
