How should the Load Turning Device be maintained?
First, regular maintenance:
1. Check whether the inlet and outlet oil joints are loose, and whether the inlet and outlet oil pipes are aging. If found, they should be handled or replaced in time.
2. Under normal use, the crane should be regularly maintained for 300 hours or three months of use;
3. Regularly check whether the reversing valve, lifting cylinder, steering cylinder and hydraulic motor are working properly;
Regular replacement:
1. The steel wire rope should be replaced in time when there is a break in the 500-1000 per box or a single wire breaks.
2. Clean the oil filter after 300 hours of normal use.
3. Replace the roller bearing and rope grease every 50 ~ 200 hours.
4. The container crane working system is calculated based on 8 hours per day. Under normal use and regular maintenance, the lifting lock pin is replaced every two years, and the oil inlet and outlet oil pipes are replaced every year;
5. After the initial 120 hours, the crane should change the hydraulic oil in the fuel tank.
6. After the first oil change of the container flipper, the hydraulic oil in the fuel tank should be replaced every time the prescribed maintenance period is reached. If emulsification or excessive impurities are found, new oil should be replaced in time.
