Demag DRS Wheels overhaul precautions:
1. Check the cooperation between the wheel and the axle;
2. The position of the wheel should be such that the width center plane is consistent with the symmetrical center of the two bearing boxes;
3. Wheels should be replaced when there is uneven wear on the rolling surface of the wheels or if they become uneven due to fatigue peeling;
4. Check the wheel for wear;
5. The inclination of the wheel in the vertical direction is not greater than 1mm;
6. The supporting plane of the two bearing boxes of the wheel should be parallel to the center plane of the wheel width, and the deviation should not exceed 0.07mm.
7. The position of the wheel should be such that the width center plane is consistent with the symmetrical center of the two bearing boxes.
