Cleaning the iron core: the new iron core needs to be cleaned with a cleaning agent on the surface; the old iron core needs to be removed from the outer layer, and the remaining glue on the surface of the iron core should be cleaned with a cleaning agent.
The surface of the iron core is roughened to increase the bonding area between the surface of the iron core and the encapsulation.
Sandblasting: the rough-treated iron core is sandblasted, and sand of different properties will be selected for sandblasting according to the material of the iron core. In order to make the surface of the rubber roller more rough, the glue and the iron core can be better bonded after encapsulation.
Plastic encapsulation: The iron core after the above treatment is encapsulated as required.
Rubber-coated wheel vulcanization: Generally, it takes 10-15 hours of vulcanization time after encapsulation. After vulcanization, the iron core and the rubber encapsulation will be tightly bonded, and the rubber-coated wheel will be formed.
Grinding of rubber-coated wheels: Grind according to the size and shape required by customers. If the surface requirements are high, it is necessary to use a CNC grinder to polish the rubber roller.
Can be customized accrodng to your needs.
