How much do you know about the daily maintenance of the DRS walking wheel box:
1. The position of the wheel should make its width center surface consistent with the symmetric center of the two bearing boxes;
2. Check the wear of the wheels;
3. The supporting planes of the two bearing boxes of the wheel should be parallel to the center surface of the wheel width, and the deviation should not exceed 0.07mm.
4. Check the fit of the wheel and the axle;
5. The position of the wheel should be such that its width center plane is consistent with the symmetric center of the two bearing boxes.
Demag parallel shaft and right-angle shaft geared motors can be used as standard walking drive units. The hollow spline shaft reduction box is connected with the LRS wheel box through the drive shaft and the anti-torsion bracket. Corresponding to different loads and speeds, there are a variety of geared motors to choose from. All travel wheels and spline wheels meet the European DIN5480 standard. LRS walking system has good ground clearance.
