315 Wheel blocks are executed as driven and non-driven, delivered with top-connection, bolt-connection and side-connection, suitable for drive shafts for single drive and central drive, horizontal guide rollers.

Top connection using locking pins for installation in attachment design with precisely or larger drilled attachment holes
For larger drilled attachment holes, the wheel block must be aligned. Subsequently, the wheel block is attached by bolts and should be drilled with the locking pins 8×24 supplied. And for the thicker plates, we can supply longer locking pins for you!
As a matter of course, we also offer other options, like side connection, pin connection, single drive unit, central drive unit system, horizontal roller guide, including the splined shafts.
Pin Connection
Adjusting washers are used with pin attachments for installation in hollow profiles and floating levers. This connection way is available in special design according to the customer.
Central Drive Unit System
Our splined shafts system is suitable for gearboxes of the mainstream manufacturer, including the SEW, Siemens, Demag, etc. Moreover, custom drive shafts without gearbox stop are available.
Horizontal Roller Guide
The installation of a cellular plastic buffer (page 144) is possible without spacer
discs. Spacer discs can compensate for length when installing parallel operating wheel blocks without horizontal roller guide.
