On the premise of satisfying the production process, from the perspective of energy saving, it is necessary to determine the appropriate cleanliness level, temperature, relative humidity and other parameters. The production conditions of the clean room workshop of the pharmaceutical factory stipulated by GMP purification are: temperature 18 ℃ ~ 26 ℃, relative humidity 45% ~ 65%. Considering that the indoor relative humidity is too high, it is easy to grow mold, which is not conducive to the maintenance of a clean environment. According to the actual production of preparations, only some processes have certain requirements on temperature or relative humidity, while others focus on the comfort of operators. Therefore, from the perspective of people's habits and physique in my country, the temperature in summer should be raised from 24°C to 26°C, and the relative humidity of 50% is more suitable. In winter, it should be above 20 ℃, and the relative humidity drops from 45% to the natural state, the energy saving is obvious.
The main source of pollution in clean room air is not people, but new building decoration materials. Therefore, the use of green materials with low pollution value can make the pollution status of the clean room of the pharmaceutical factory very low, which is also a good way to reduce the fresh air load and energy consumption.
