Structure and Working Principle of Wire Rope Hoist with Trolley

The equipment mainly consists of a wire rope lifting mechanism, gear motor, drum system, braking device, electric control system and traveling trolley. During operation, the motor drives the drum to rotate, allowing the wire rope to wind and unwind, thus completing the vertical lifting of heavy loads. The trolley travels on the rail by electric or manual drive to achieve lateral movement. Through the coordinated motion in both vertical and horizontal directions, precise positioning and handling of materials in three-dimensional space can be realized.
