End carriages as the crane attachment of the overhead crane, it is the travelling mechanisem of the crane.
End carriage is one of the set of carriages that support the main crane gantry. Combined by motors, reducer, wheels, end beam and other parts, end carriage is the key part to realize conversion of electric energy into kinetic energy. The end beam is equipped with wheels at both ends to support the running of the bridge on the elevated frame. And the main beam is welded with a track for the trolley to run.
KUNFENG® CRANES can supply the crane accessories, such as end carriages and trolleys. End carriages as the traveling mechanism of the overhead crane, have different types based on the design. For example, if the lifting capacity is up to 100t, maybe it will need 8 wheels for two sides of the end carriages, in this way it will make the crane speed up to the customer's requirements. Meanwhile, end carriages for single, double girder crane and other industrial applications bring out different lifting solutions.
Our factory has mainly two types overhead cranes, one is based on European standard, the other is based on Taiwan standard, so two kinds of end carriages will be common in our factory. Just as the crane accessories, there are enough quantity end carriages in stock.
