According to the supplying power and lifting meterial, hoist can be divided into three kinds, the chain hoist, pneumatic hoist and electric wire rope hoist. Different types hoists have different features. 

For the electric chain hoist & wire rope hoist

• With capacity up to 100 ton, electric hoists provide more economical and portable lifting solution.

• Due to the chain and wire ropes, more inspections are needed to ensure the smooth and safe operation. Including check lubricating oil, regularly clean up the dirty substances on the chain or wire ropes.

• Wire rope hoists needs more replacement than chains.

For the pneumatic chain hoist,

• Explosion Proof, and ATEX approved, solid structure, and low noise

• Without electric unit, it's lighter and easy to operate. Solid brass pendant control for corrosion resistant and It controls the speed of lifting and falling by controlling the amount of air in the handle.

• Pneumatic chain hoist has no downtime. It can be used not only in chemical industry, docks, etc., but also in some special scenarios such as flammable, high temperature, high dust, and humid workplaces.

In addition, electric belt hoist had been widely used in cleanrooms. It features corrosion-resistant polyester belt and overheating protection, the load capacity can up to 2,000 kg.
