01Casting and surface treatment of the wheel block housing
- Making molds, casting, milling machining and surface grinding for the housing of wheel blocks casting, then doing anti-rust treatment.

02Machining and heat treatment of the wheel
- According to the drawings, precision machined to the wheel, then improved the performance of the wheel through heartment, such as normalizing, tempering, annealing and high-frequency.

03Wheel block assemble
- Assemble the wheel, the housing, bearing etc.

04Wheel block systems' assemble and commissioning
- Based on the design requirements, such as working condition, load and speed, equiped the motor and reducere, then installation and commissioning.

05 Package and inspection before delivery
- Inspect and issue a certificate of conformity, and then package and delivery as required.
